Organoleptic:
The colour is light yellow. Citrus fruits and lemon flowers on the nose. Exceptional freshness and lively acidity with a crisp, clean finish.

Served at 8 - 12 °C.
Origin:
Selected vineyards from the villages of Rizes, Lithovounia and Agiorgitika, within the wine-growing region of Mantinia, Arcadia, Peloponnese.
Altitude: 700-800m. Soil: sandy clay.
Harvest: Early October. Yield: 60-70 hl/he.
Age of vines: 30 years (average).
Agriculture: Mild.
Vinification:
Prefermentation extraction at a temperature of 10 °C for 8 hours. Fermentation is carried out at a low temperature of 12 °C. Acidity: 6.1 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 1.5 g/L.
