Organoleptic:
Bright straw colour with pronounced green highlights. A confident expression of Moschofilero with intense aromas of citrus blossoms, rose, lime, ginger and grapefruit. The palate is fresh and peachy with punchy acidity. Delightful, lemony aftertaste.
Food pairing:
Accompanies fish, seafood spaghetti, grilled poultry with curry or mustard sauce, yummy Greek style roasted anchovies with onions, garlic, oregano and olive oil.
Served at 10 - 12 °C.

Selected vineyards in Zevgolatio within the wine-growing region of Mantinia, Arcadia, Peloponnese.

Harvest: Early October. Yield: 60-70 hl/he.
