Organoleptic:
Deep red colour. Aromas of red berries, cherry, dried fruits, chocolate and spices. Well-structured and balanced, velvety palate and a long finish.

Perfectly combined with juicy barbecued meats and hard cheeses. Served at 16-18 °C.
Origin:
A privately-owned vineyard of 6 hectares in Koutsi, Nemea, Peloponnese.
Altitude: 380m. Soil: sandy clay.
Harvest: End of September. Yield: 70 hl/he.

Agriculture: Mild.
Vinification:
Cold maceration lasting for 25 days in a temperature-controlled environment to ensure optimum extraction. Ageing in new oak barrels for 12 months. Acidity: 5.20 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 2.60 g/L.
