Organoleptic:
Deep ruby colour. Aromas of ripe red berries, dried fruits, chocolate, spices and a delicate presence of vanilla and oak. Strong tannins, great body, well-structured and balanced between acidity and alcohol.
Food pairing:
Roast Greek lamb, roast Greek wild boar, rooster with homemade pasta and tomato sauce, hard and matured 'graviera' cheese. Served at 16 - 18 °C.

The family vineyards in Asprokampos, Nemea, Peloponnese.
Altitude: 600-700m. Soil: Lime, clay.
Harvest: September. Yield: 60-70 hl/ha.
Age of vines: 20 years (average).
Agriculture: Mild.
Vinification:
Typical red wine vinification method including diffusion. Maturation in oak barrels for 24 months and further ageing in the bottle for 1 year in the cellar. Unfiltered. Acidity: 5.5 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 2.1 g/L.
