Organoleptic:
The colour is bright, deep cherry-red. Plums, cherries, ripe strawberries, dark chocolate and sweet spice lead the way to a full-bodied palate. Gentle tannins, and a balance between acidity, barrel and fruit. An elegant and delicious wine.
Food pairing:
Perfectly combined with Greek lamb chops, grilled steak, Greek traditional spicy sausages, Cretan graviera cheese. Served at 16 - 18 °C.

The family vineyards in Asprokampos, Nemea, Peloponnese.
Altitude: 600-700m. Soil: Lime, clay.
Harvest: Mid-September. Yield: 60-70 hl/ha.
Age of vines: 20 years (average).
Agriculture: Mild.
Vinification:
Typical red wine vinification method including diffusion. Maturation in oak barrels for 14 months. Unfiltered. Acidity: 5.5 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 1.7 g/L.
